Signing in
SimFrame is invitation-only. You can sign in once someone in your organization has invited you, or once the SimFrame team has set your organization up and invited you as its director.
Accept your invitation
Section titled “Accept your invitation”- Open the invitation email and follow its link.
- Create your account, or sign in if you already have one. Use the email address the invitation was sent to.
- SimFrame opens your organization’s dashboard.
Sign in again later
Section titled “Sign in again later”Go to app.simframe.app and sign in with the same email address.
If you can’t get in
Section titled “If you can’t get in”| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| Organization access required | Your account isn’t a member of any organization yet. Ask your organization’s director to invite you, then follow the link in the email. |
| Your organization is not available yet | Your organization is still being set up. Retry in a few minutes, or contact your director. |
| Sign-in couldn’t be completed | The sign-in session expired or was started in another browser. Try again in a single window. |
Your account
Section titled “Your account”Open the menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Account to:
- Profile: update your display name and personal details.
- Security: change your password and set up multi-factor authentication.
- Sessions: review the devices you’re signed in on, and sign out of any you don’t recognize.
Choose Log out from the same menu to sign out.
